While you may follow a similar format for each job application it’s very important to make sure that each cover letter is directly related to the individual advertised position.
Your resume is not written in stone. It needs to be “tweaked” and reviewed depending on the role you are applying for. Remember, this is the first impression you will give the recruiter and the client so make it easy to read and importantly make sure it is applicable to the role advertised.
A good resume and cover letter may get you to the interview stage- however remember the actual interview is crucial.
