Our Managing Director, Roxayne West, has been engaged in the corporate world since 1988. Founding Safety Services Australia in 2000, Roxayne provided workplace risk management services to a wide variety of clients worldwide.
Roxayne expanded those services to include specialist staff recruitment for Australian businesses and Recruitment Australia was born.
With her initial working life working as a Registered Nurse and Midwife she gained experience in various health systems; public, private and community health with hand on experience in, Labour Wards, Neonatal Intensive Care and Aged & Disabilities Care. After leaving the Health System, she moved into the area of risk management with the aim of applying a more structured approach to managing risks within a business that included but not limited to people, systems, work environment, controls etc.
Additionally, she is a certified Quality and Safety Auditor, certified Trainer, Fellow of the Australian Institute of Health & Safety, member of the Human Factors and Ergonomic Society, member of the Australian Organisation for Quality and a Justice of the Peace
In 2011, Roxayne became a part-owner of renowned global recruitment network, NPA Worldwide Recruitment.. This important partnership provided Recruitment Australia with a commanding access to a vast network of specialist recruiters over six continents and 32 countries.
